MedTravelExpo. Medical Clinics, Health and Spa Resorts is Russia’s only event aimed at developing medical and wellness tourism and is one of the three exhibitions of Russian Healthcare Week.
Russian Healthcare Week is organised by the State Duma of the Russian Federal Assembly, the Russian Ministry of Health and EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, and under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In 2025, more than 900 companies from 56 regions of Russia and 11 countries presented their achievements at the Week's trade shows – Zdravookhraneniye (Healthcare), Healthy Lifestyle, and MedTravelExpo. The Week’s shows and other events were attended by more than 22,700 professional visitors from 55 countries and 86 regions of Russia.
At MedTravelExpo 2025, advanced medical and wellness services and integrated business services were presented by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, the Ministry of Health of the Chuvash Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region, the Research Center of Neurology, Medicina, the Association of Managers of Healthcare, the Medical Center (Volgograd), The Tourism Development Agency of the Ryazan Region, the Association of the Tyumen Regional Medical Society, the Pskov Regional Council of Trade Unions, the Ruzhansky Health Resort, the Edelweiss Center of Dr. Bubnovsky, Mriya Resort & SPA, etc.
Foreign exhibitors came from Belarus, China, and Iran.

The annual, hallmark International Medical Tourism Workshop was once again organised for the MedTravelExpo participants. The event’s participants hold talks with leading foreign buyers right on the show floor. International Medical Tourism Workshop 2025 welcomed representatives of medical tourism agencies from Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Tunisia, and Turkiye. Its participants held more than 180 meetings.
