The years 2022-2023 have been declared by Russian President Vladimir Putin as the Decade of Science and Technology. The aim of the Decade is to ensure Russia's competitiveness on the world market of high technologies and guarantee the country's technological sovereignty and economic security.

The main objectives of the Decade are to attract talented young people into the field of research and development, to involve experienced professionals in solving this country's most important technical problems, and to promote the achievements of researchers.

The results of the first year of the Decade will be summed up at Russian Health Care Week 2022.

The Week is traditionally included in the list of events of the Russian Ministry of Health Care, and the list of trade shows and congresses of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade in Russia and abroad, and is one of the main federal series of events in the field of medicine and health care.

The main purpose of the Week and its shows Zdravookhraneniye, Healthy Lifestyle, MedTravelExpo. MedicalClinics, Health and Spa Resorts and the PharmMedProm Conference is to promote the implementation of the national projects on Health Care, Demography, Tourism and Hospitality Industry, and the federal project on Development of Medical Services Export.

The Forum covers virtually the entire industry: equipment manufacturing, research and practical medicine, and presents the latest medical equipment, medical products, consumables, rehabilitation and prevention products, aesthetic medicine, pharmaceuticals and healthy lifestyle products, medical and wellness services, health improvement and treatment technologies in Russia and abroad, as well as major industry events of the conference programme at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

Given the current situation, in which Russian is facing not just the challenges of health care development but also problems with uninterrupted operation of the health care industry under sanctions, it is expected that Russian Health Care Week 2022 will provide a platform both for making serious decisions in various fields and for promoting innovative developments, which is certainly in line with the goals of the Decade of Science and Technology.

Show highlights

Zdravookhraneniye, Healthy Lifestyle and MedTravelExpo. Medical Clinics, Health and Spa Resorts will welcome about 700 companies from 9 countries: Belarus, China, Cuba, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Russia and Turkiye.  

This year, the number of Russian exhibitors has considerably increased, thanks to regional business support funds. The following 45 Russian regions will have group stands or pavilions: the Republics of Bashkortostan, Buryatia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Mari El, Tatarstan and Udmurtia, the Altai, Krasnodar, Perm, Primorsky, and Stavropol Krais, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra, the Belgorod, Chelyabinsk, Ivanovo, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kirov, Kurgan, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Orel, Pskov, Rostov, Ryazan, Tomsk, Tula, Tyumen, Samara, Saratov, Smolensk, Sverdlovsk, Tambov, Tver, Ulyanovsk, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh and Yaroslavl Oblasts, and the Cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg. 

For the first time, the Russian Export Centre is presenting a pavilion of Russian medical technology and equipment manufacturers under the Made in Russia brand, and is also taking an active part in the conference programme, encouraging a discussion on supporting export of Russian technologies to promising foreign markets.

The core of the showcase will be stands reflecting experience in health care management, developing exports of medical services and the health resort industry in the Russian regions, and also presenting medical and rehabilitation technologies and equipment.

The joint conference programme of Russian Health Care Week 2022 included more than 60 events.

The Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, the State Duma of the Russian Federal Assembly, the Russian Ministry of Health Care, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Defense, Rostourism, different state corporations and industry associations took part in the preparation of these events. Delegates will include representatives of Russian federal and regional authorities, chief freelance specialists of the Russian Ministry of Health Care, heads of professional unions and associations, business owners and managers, manufacturers, distributors, chief physicians of clinics and health resorts, researchers, investors, medical students, practicing doctors, and representatives of pharmacies and pharmacy chains.

Russian Health Week 2022, as the final event of the first year of the Decade of Science and Technology in Medicine, has an honourable mission to create the necessary conditions to promote innovative developments and their practical application.

On the very first day of the Week, several platforms will open at once. They can be called special growth points where the interests of Russian science, manufacturers, investors, and health care managers converge.

For example, on 5 December, the 4th Conference on Additive Technologies for Medicine: International and Russian Experience (organised by Z-axis OOO in partnership with EXPOCENTRE) will have discussions on the latest trends in 3D printing technology in medicine, and the Panel Discussion on Medical Robots and Intelligent Control Systems: Diagnosis, Rehabilitation, Surgery (organised by the Consortium of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, the Russian Association of Robotics (RAR) in partnership with EXPOCENTRE). These are new, promising areas of science and technology development with a wide range of applications.

In particular, modern robotics is used to diagnose diseases, perform high-precision operations, including spinal and brain surgeries, perform radiation therapy, rehabilitate and recover patients after serious illnesses and operations, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients after injuries. The main advantage of medical robotics is the high accuracy in diagnosing and performing operations, as well as significantly reducing the risks of harm to human life and health.

Another important event on 5 December will be the 14th Russian Assembly of Professionals in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industries, organised by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Rosmedprom Association, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the OPORA RUSSIA Non-Government Association, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with support of EXPOCENTRE.

The event will be attended by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Health Care, the Eurasian Economic Commission, regional authorities, professional public communities and leading Russian manufacturers of medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Important issues at the congress will include increasing the sustainability of pharmaceuticals and medical devices production in the face of sanctions, and developing the technological sovereignty of the industry. 

The Section on Ambulance and Disaster Medicine, organised by the Emergency Medical Centre of the Moscow City Department of Health Care with the support of EXPOCENTRE, will also take place on 5 December as part of Russian Health Care Week. The main topics of the speeches will be the place of the territorial centre of disaster medicine in a large city, specifics of interinstitutional medical evacuation of patients in critical states, problematic issues of first aid training for the population, first aid teachers training: problems and opportunities, experience of work of the control and administrative service of the Medical and Disaster Medicine Department in emergency conditions, observance of routing in management of medical evacuation of victims in emergency conditions, analysis of the use of telemedicine in the medical care of child victims of emergencies, the transformation of emergency medical care during the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of ultrasound in the pre-hospital phase, the transportation of victims in critical condition, and other important issues.

In order to attract talented young people to the sphere of medical research and development, to support young medical researchers and to present advanced and innovative medical technologies to the interested students of medical universities, EXPOCENTRE together with the Filatov International Foundation for Biomedical Technologies Development is holding the 2nd  Interdisciplinary Forum ‘THE YOUNG MEDICINE’, which will be one of the key events of Russian Health Care Week 2022, on 7 December in the Blue Hall.

In 2022 the Organising Committee of THE YOUNG MEDICINE included members of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Health Care, the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, heads of leading medical universities, health care managers and prominent representatives of the Russian medical community.

The Foresight Session on Russia Needs You: Mentoring and Employing Young Medical Professionals will take place as part of the YOUNG MEDICINE forum and will discuss mentoring in medicine and medical science, the latest TWI technologies in mentoring, professional and scientific development of young professionals, their effective adaptation and building individual career strategies.

With the scientific support of Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University of the Russian Ministry of Health Care and Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Panel on Science to Medicine. Keeping Ahead of the Curve will focus on the development of competencies in research activities, motivation and trajectories for students to participate in research and innovation.

The forum's strategic scientific and clinical platform will be the Biomedical Module on Polypeptide Therapy: New Opportunities for Russia, which last year attracted great interest from professionals from most regions of Russia, the CIS countries and doctors from Europe and South-East Asia.

Young researchers and project teams will present their achievements to a panel of juries at the Russian Scientific School ‘THE YOUNG MEDICINE’.

The forum will also include the Panel on Young Science to the Russian Regions and the Panel on the Men's Health as a Demographic Factor.

Experts and young researchers will focus on the future of biomedical technologies in the Russian national health care system, the possibilities of polypeptide therapy in clinical practice, and biomedtex, which is a new trend in personalised medicine.

Practical application of scientific developments will be discussed at the meetings of the profile commissions of the Russian Ministry of Health Care on cardiology, occupational pathology, spa treatment, and sports medicine.

There will be daily presentations and workshops at the presentation areas as part of the EXPO-Academy project.

Leading industry experts will present projects to create interactive learning centres that promote healthy lifestyles and scientific advances in disease prevention for families, schools and workplaces. There will also be the Presentation of the Implementation of the National Educational Project ‘Museum of Health’. Cooperation with Large Clinics and Health Resorts.

As always, some Russian regions will be active during the Week. There will be presentations of the medical potential of the Volgograd and Novosibirsk regions, and the Presentation of Voronezh: World-Class Treatment and Recovery Opportunities Just 500 km from Moscow. On 5 December, MedTravelExpo will host Ugra Day, organised by the Ugra Development Foundation in partnership with EXPOCENTRE.

On 6 December, the Strategy Session on the Decade for Science and Technology: Medicine, Human Resources, Laws will be an important event organised by the Russian State Duma Committees on Science and Higher Education and on Health Care, the Research Institute of Health Care and Medical Management of the Moscow City Department of Health Care, and EXPOCENTRE AO. The session will be moderated by Vladimir Kononov, Deputy Chair at the Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, Chair at the Organising Committee of NTI Expo, and Elena Aksenova, Director of the Research Institute of Health Care and Medical Management of the Moscow City Department of Health Care. Heads of the Russian Ministry of Health Care, leading research centres of the Russian Ministry of Health Care and the Russian Academy of Sciences, researchers, other industry professionals and journalists are invited to participate in the session. The participants will discuss trends in the development of modern medicine, the use of digital technologies, the quality of vocational training, and legislative regulation of health care.

On 8 December, the Forum on Pharmacy 4.0: Innovation, Technology, Strategy of the Future will take place for the second time as part of Russian Health Ñare Week. The forum is organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with Boris Agatov, a consultant and independent expert in retail innovations, futurologist. The key sessions will be Pharmacy 4.0: Sales of OTC and Prescription Drugs Online (from March 2023). How it Will Change Consumer Behaviour and the Market, and Which Digital Tools Will Help Boost Sales Quickly, and Pharmacy 4.0. Direct-to-Consumer Sales by Medical Product Manufacturers, Pharma Companies and Pharmacy Businesses – the Difference in Approaches.

Boris Agatov and invited market leaders will make a forecast for the next year. Representatives of 36.6, Johnson and Johnson, L’Etoil, Doctor Reddy's, SberZdorovye, PRODEX, ErkaPharm, CSC Pharma, SPLAT, Binnopharm Group and others will participate in the dialogue.

Main topics of the forum are what challenges are faced in selling pharmaceuticals now and what challenges will be faced later in selling prescription drugs online, how to promote prescription drugs and medical devices, how to show prescriptions in a mobile app, how to control them online, how to stimulate new customer traffic and retain existing customers, selling through a marketplace, what strategies a pharmacy business chooses and what strategies a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumables should choose, the tasks of automating the flow of goods, forecasting demand in a retail network and by a manufacturer when planning direct sales, which channels of interaction between the manufacturer and the customer are most effective, i.e. social media, own online shop or mobile application.

The National Medical Research Center of Preventive Healthcare of the Russian Ministry of Health Care and the Russian Society of Non-Communicable Disease Prevention in partnership with EXPOCENTRE will organise the 2nd Forum on Preventive Continuum.

The plenary meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Forum for Health Care Managers 2022 will be moderated by Elena Aksenova, Director of the Research Institute of Health Care and Medical Management of the Moscow City Department of Health Care.

On December 8, the Central Research and Development Institute of Stomatology and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Russian Ministry of Health Care in partnership with EXPOCENTRE will organise the 24th Scientific and Practical Conference on Current Resources for the Prevention of Dental Diseases, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Anatoly Kolesnik. The conference will take place in the Conference Hall of Pavilion No.8.  

The Panel Discussion on the Export of ‘Made in Russia’ Medical Equipment. Support Measures, New Opportunities and Success Stories. New Geography of Exports will be held by the Russian Export Center and the Medical Technology Consortium in partnership with EXPOCENTRE on December 8 in SkyLight Hall. 

Medical equipment manufacturers interested in entering new markets are invited to take part in the event.

The discussion topics will include an overview of Russian medical technologies: what Russian manufacturers have to offer to the world, how the teaming up of medical equipment manufacturers into a consortium strengthens Russia's technological sovereignty, an overview of support measures: how the financial support tools and services of the Russian Export Center work for export development, export geography and demand for Russian medical technologies in the world, which Russian technologies are in demand in the world, and how the Russian Export Center works in the EAEC, CIS and non-CIS countries. There will also be a  presentation of the Russian Export Center calendar of events for 2023.

The Marble Hall of Forum Pavilion will host the Conference on Major Development Trends in Medical Technology for Paediatrics, organised by the Russian Ministry of Health Care, the Moscow City Department of Health Care, the RUDN Department of Paediatric Neurology, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, the Scientific and Practical Centre for Child Psychoneurology of the Moscow City Department of Health Care, the Research Institute of Health Care and Medical Management of the Moscow City Department of Health Care, the National Association of Specialists in Cerebral Palsy, and the National Association of Child Rehabilitation Professionals in partnership with EXPOCENTRE. The event will be moderated by Tatiana Batysheva, Head External Expert in Paediatric Medical Rehabilitation in the Russian Ministry of Health Care, Director of the Research and Practical Centre of Paediatric Psyconeurology of the Moscow City Department of Health Care, Deputy of the Moscow City Duma.                                                                                     

The 17th edition of the International Scientific Conference on the Current State and Development Prospects of the Elite Sports Medicine – SportMed 2022 will be held on December 8 and 9 and will be dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

The conference organisers are the Russian Ministry of Health Care, the Russian Ministry of Sports, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, the Russian Association for Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation of Patients and the Disabled (RASMIBRI), the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, the Federal Research and Clinical Centre of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation of FMBA Russia, and EXPOCENTRE AO. It is held with support and partnership of the Olympic Committee of Russia, the Paralympic Committee of Russia, the Federal Research Centre for Physical Culture and Sport, the International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS), the European Federation of Sports Medicine Associations (EFSMA), and the Federations of Sports Medicine Associations of the CIS Countries, the Baltic States and Georgia.

A meeting of the Working Group for the Development of Sports Medicine of the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport will be held as part of SportMed 2022.

The conference will include a meeting of the Working Group on Development of Sports Medicine of the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport, the 9th Scientific and Practical Conference on Medical Support for High Performance Sports (FMBA of Russia), the 15th International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists on Relevant Issues of Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Physiotherapy and Balneology, various meetings, an exhibition of the latest world and Russian developments in medical equipment, pharmacological and nutritional products, sports massage and kinesiotaping sections.

MedTravelExpo 2022. Medical Clinics. Health and Spa Resorts will host several industry related events.  

The National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Resort Therapy of the Russian Ministry of Health Care with support of EXPOCENTRE AO will hold the 4th Congress on Health Resort Industry. Science. Results.

On December 5, the 8th Russian Conference on Private Clinics in Russia 2023 will take place to bring together professionals in health care management, public health and higher nursing education, chief physicians and heads of private medical institutions. They will discuss a comprehensive analysis of the health care system and modern medical technologies in 2023, readiness of clinics for a new round of competition for patients, specific tools to address staff shortages and other issues. Meetings with leading industry experts will be held to discuss the most relevant issues of medical business development.

On December 5–8, Russian Health Care Week and MedTravelExpo 2022 host the industry’s main event of the year – MED TOURISM International Forum 2022. The support is provided by the State Duma of the Russian Federal Assembly, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Union of Travel Industry, EXPOCENTRE, and other industry associations. The forum’s general partner is the Research Institute of Health Care and Medical Management of the Moscow City Department of Health Care. It is organised by the Association of Medical Tourism and Export of Medical Services.

The forum will bring together experts from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkiye, the UAE, Uzbekistan and other countries to shape a strategy for international medical tourism in the current geopolitical realities.

Specialised panels on the EAEU, the Middle East and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation countries aim to launch integration processes to form a common space of service standards, health care safety and its full cycle for foreign patients. The international forum will culminate in the signing ceremony of international cooperation agreements.

Successful medical tourism practices will highlight the experience of building a system to attract foreign patients to regions and medical centres. A landmark event of the forum will be the National Medical Research Centres Symposium, which will bring together Russia's most advanced medical centres.

New participants of the medical tourism industry will be able to take a training course from the MedTravel Academy, organised by the Research Institute of Health Care and Medical Management of the Moscow City Department of Health Care. At the end of the training day, attendees will receive personal certificates of participation from the Institute. Representatives of the health resort and spa industry can take part in practice-oriented training on building services in health and spa facilities.

A landmark event of the forum will be the announcement of the results of the Med Travel Leaders Russian Medical Tourism Competition, whose annual winners are no more than 50 companies in various nominations and from different federal districts.

On December6–7, Russian Health Care Week and MedTravelExpo will host for the third time the International Medical Tourism Workshop involving specialised agencies from Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Medical companies and health resorts will present their services to agencies and sign memoranda on cooperation directly at the forum’s venue. The event is organised by EXPOCENTRE and the Association of Medical Tourism and Export of Medical Services.

On December 5, the Forum on Medical Marketing. Success Stories will take place for business owners, clinic managers, chief physicians, commercial directors, representatives of the medical community and marketing experts. The event is organised by EXPOCENTRE the Domashenko.Digital Consulting Group.

On this day, leading medical business experts, owners and managers of major clinics will speak to visitors and exhibitors and share their experience, skills and step-by-step tools with which they have achieved success. The forum’s moderator will be Valery Domashenko, a founder of Domashenko.Digital, which is a consulting group that provides a doubling of clinic sales in 3 months, and an expert with 23 years of experience in internet marketing.

The topics of reports will be marketing as a growth point for a clinic's business, partnerships as a tool for attracting clients and increasing an average check, WFM: a significant element of digital promotion in medicine, how to build the right clinic-agency communication to get results, change as an opportunity for medical companies to move forward, a marketing budget: managing competently, and others.

Dmitry Bogdanov, Chair of the Board of the AMOS Association of Hoteliers and marketing expert for Sochi medical organisations, Co-Chair of the Russian Union of Travel Industry's Health Resort Committee, and Yulia Ivanova, business consultant, CX designer, one of the leading practitioners in customer service and service skills development in the spa and health resort industry, will moderate the Forum on Health Resorts and Spas: Wait or Act Now?. The forum will be organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with the AMOS Association of Hoteliers and the Apparel consulting company, and with support of  News & Meanings, etc.

On December 6, EXPOCENTRE in partnership with the Association of Managers of Health Care and the Medical Business School will hold the Conference on How to Run a Modern Clinic Efficiently for owners, executives and managers of medical centres, health resorts, cosmetology and dental clinics, as well as for marketing experts and analysts who recognise the relevance and need for new approaches to clinic management, attracting and retaining patients to improve its performance. The topics for discussion will be administrators, registration and contact centre, medical communications: effective work of a doctor with patient objections, system business in medicine, a price list of medical services: pricing, nomenclature, management accounting, and whether a manager needs to be a leader and why.

Anna Solomakhina, founder and CEO at the Medical Business School, business consultant on the opening and management of clinics, doctor, health care manager, Co-chair and Head of the Committee for Medical Education of the Association of Healthcare Managers, will hold the Workshop on How to Open a Medical Centre. A Step-by-Step Plan.

On December 6–7, the St. Petersburg Tourism Development Committee, the Congress and Exhibition Bureau and the St. Petersburg Medical Tourism Agency in partnership with EXPOCENTRE are organising the 3rd Global Medical Tourism Summit. It is the largest event for medical and health tourism in Russia. The following topics will be discussed during the summit: medical and health tourism development perspectives in the times of uncertainty, marketing tools in medical tourism, development strategy of the medical and health tourism industry, medical tourism as recovery driver of the tourism industry, interaction of health and medical infrastructure at the regional and country levels. There will also be held a case study session on integrative approach in medical and health tourism.

The Massage Technology Forum of the International Association of Massage, Esthetics and Rehabilitation Professionals, organised by the International Association of Massage, Esthetics and Rehabilitation Professionals in partnership with EXPOCENTRE, will be held daily as part of the MedTravelExpo conference programme. The programme includes consultations on study programmes of additional professional education, advanced training, as well as retraining programmes for specialists of health resort companies, express diagnostics of psycho-emotional state using Vlad Melnik's methodology of neo-psychosomatics in the field of body-oriented technologies, and consultations of dedicated specialists.

For the first time at MedTravelExpo, special attention will be paid to aesthetic medicine. On December 7, the Forum on Innovative Solutions in Aesthetic Medicine for Clinics and Resorts  will be organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with Skin Technology.

On December 8, the Forum on Systematic SMM in Medicine and Spa Business will be organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with the OLYMPX digital agency.  

Main topics of the forum will be how to make VKontakte and Telegram an effective tool for generating patients, how to increase the number of patients from VKontakte without an additional advertising budget, secrets of selling VKontakte content, how a health resort can attract clients to its business, and effective techniques and working schemes.

The forum will be moderated by Anna Kilimnichenko, managing partner and director of the Internet Advertising Department of OLYMPX, consultant for strategic marketing and web marketing special projects, and lecturer at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Participants of the Conference on Health Care Management: Results of 2022, Trends of 2023 will talk about the possibilities of public-private partnerships in health care in modern conditions, strategies of private medical companies in modern conditions and challenges, and digital transformation of a medical company. They will summarize the results of the development of the artificial intelligence market for health care, discuss risk management and its role in modern private healthcare, the future of health insurance, and other topics. The conference is organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with the Association of Healthcare Managers and the Medical Business School.

The 3rd Conference on a Doctor's Personal Brand Workshop will take place in the SkyLight Hall on December 9. It will be organised by EXPOCENTRE in partnership with the D-ZERTS Agency of Medical Consulting. The moderator and speaker of the conference is Viktoria Shmatkova, a medical marketing expert, founder of ZERTS and the Doctor's Personal Brand Workshop. She will talk about promoting personal brands in 2023, the secrets of a professional photographer, how to set up a network, advertising and video promotion, effective instructions for promoting a doctor in Telegram, and much more.

This year, leading clinics and health resorts will take part in the 3rd MedTravelFest International Festival for Active Lifestyle and Health to show and promote their achievements and innovative equipment. The festival will be held in B2C format with the active involvement of our partners: the National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Health Resort Therapy of the Russian Ministry of Health Care, the Russian Society of Cardiology, the Voluntary Physical Education Union, and the International Association of Massage, Esthetics and Rehabilitation Professionals.

The festival's programme is aimed at private visitors aged 25 to 70 who are keen to live an active, long and fulfilling life, as well as health spa professionals, medical tourism agencies, doctors, HR specialists, tour operators and investors. Visitors will be able to personally participate in a number of unique workshops, get an autograph from famous doctors, authors of popular books, exercise, learn about Nordic walking, undergo diagnostic screening, receive consultations from leading specialists, and choose a health resort, spa or medical centre on the recommendations of professionals.

The festival will present unique projects, the best achievements of medicine, balneology, sports science and unique health practices.

Special attention will be paid to the topic of corporate health. The International Association of Massage, Esthetics and Rehabilitation Professionals with the support of EXPOCENTRE will hold a Stress Management Day, during which visitors will receive practical advice on combating burnout syndrome and improving company performance by reducing the level of emotional burnout among managers and employees.

The conference programme will be concluded with a final lesson of EXPOCENTRE's Speakers' School ‘The Boss Speaks!’the Masterclass in Public Speaking:  How to Speak Confidently at Congresses. It will be held by EXPOCENTRE’s partner Polina Taraskina, CEO of the Speech School ‘Freedom to Speak’, a certified speaker trainer at the University of Rhetoric and Public Speaking, who has had successful practice since 2018.
